Because the wood is hardwood, it’s not only durable, it’s also strong, allowing for bigger glass panels which allows far more light in then traditional roof lanterns. Timber roof lanterns can be made in all sorts of shapes and sizes. You can choose roof pitch, rafter widths, glass features, and sidelight heights and even choose from a selection of opening windows.
